Update 06/04/2020
Hello!
We are taking many measures to ensure your child can still get the healthcare they need from us in the safest manner possible. Telemedicine virtual visits, curbside visits, and in office visits with a contactless check-in system with no stop in the waiting room are all available options for our families.
COVID 19 continues to represent a mild illness for the majority of children, but we want to avoid spreading it to others who might be at higher risk. We are using PPE and continuous disinfection measures to protect our patients, staff, and families ❤️
As a reminder we have suspended the walk-in clinic, all visits are by appoinmtent. Pediatric Group Associates continues to take additional precautions to ensure the safety and health of our patients and staff by gathering your information in advance of your child's visit.
We are now using a Mobile Registration. This allows our families to confirm the appointment and complete pre-registration forms, make a payment, upload your insurance card and your photo id from your home prior to arrival at the office. Please make sure we have your up-to-date email address or phone number by calling us at 309-797-5437.
Upon arrival to our office, we ask you to call us from your car and we will confirm your exam room is ready so you do not have to wait in our waiting room. We kindly ask families to limit those coming into the office with the patient to one parent or guardian whenever possible and try to avoid bringing siblings unless they are schedculed for an appointment. As required by the Illinois Goveror, individuals over the age of 2 who are able to medically tolerate, need to wear a face mask or covering.
If a parent or patient coming to the office for a well child check has been ill, we ask that they call first to avoid exposing staff and other patients.
The most important ways to keep everyone safe and healthy is to wash your hands a lot and stay home. As always, if you need anything please reach out, we are in this together
