Our Sick Clinic is currently open 8 am to 10:45 am Monday through Friday (this is NOT a walk-in clinic).
We recommend using our self-scheduling link , appointment request link, or calling us before arriving at the office to reserve your time slot.
The sick clinic is for acute problems like rashes, insect bites, poison ivy, sunburn and ear pain. We continue to take additional precautions to ensure the safety and health of our patients and staff through the use of our mobile registration and gathering information in advance of your appointment.

Our Moline office is open from 8 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm Monday through Friday. We have limited Saturday availability for acute sick symptoms only through our Facebook self-scheduling link which will be posted each Friday evening by 7 pm CST. We do not have regular office hours on Sunday, however there is a provider on-call in case of emergencies.

Appointments
Routine appointments can usually be made a few days in advance. We will make every effort to get your child seen as quickly as possible for routine/well visits. However, we must keep appointments available each day for children who are sick and need to be seen immediately, therefore, we encourage you to schedule as much as a month or two in advance for well-child check ups to ensure you are able to see your regular provider at the time and location most convenient for you. Routine appointments may be made by calling 309-797-5437 and press 3 at the prompt.
Appointment times are set aside each day for sick children. Our phones turn on at 8am, at which time you may call for a sick appointment. If your child is ill, and you feel that he/she may need to be seen, you should call the office as early in the day as possible. We will make every effort to have your child seen by their regular provider, however if that provider is unavailable, one of our other providers will be happy to see your child. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel as far in advance as possible so that another child may use that appointment time. The office reserves the right to charge for appointments which are not kept. We understand that families are very busy and your time is valuable, therefore we make every effort to stay on schedule. However, emergencies do sometimes arise which have to take priority when they involve caring for a critically ill child, so we ask for your patience in these circumstances. If we anticipate a long delay, we will try when possible to notify you of such.
